Scorecard Templates Tab

The Scorecard Templates tab shows you a complete list of all Scorecard Templates downloaded onto your server.

• To add Axiom-created Scorecard Templates to this list, visit the Scorecard Library tab.
• As with all tables in Axiom Clinical Analytics, you can sort and filter the available Templates by Short Description, Long Description, Category, Creator, Owner, or Actions. See Table Functionality for more details.
• Short Description is the title of the scorecard.
• Long Description tells you a little bit about the Template, like which sections it contains or what it was created for.
• Category is the Measure Category or analysis focus. Categories include: Systems, Quality, Safety, Satisfaction, Utilization, CDI or Service Line.
• Creator tells you where the Template originated: Axiom Clinical Analytics Standard Templates were downloaded from the Scorecard Library tab. Client Templates were converted to Template from a Custom Scorecard by a user.
• Owner tells you which user downloaded or created the Template.

• The Actions column contains your options for interacting with the Templates. Your options may be limited because of your permissions level.
  • Clicking the Default Scorecard link will open the Template for you to view.
  • If you own the Template, or have permissions, you will see a Settings link. Clicking the link allows you to edit the Short Description, Long Description, or Category. You will also see a table of users; clicking the check box to the left of a user's name gives that user access to the Template and adds the Template to their Scorecard Template list on the Scorecards tab.   • Clicking the Delete link will permanently delete the Template from the server, including removing it from the Scorecard Templates list on the Scorecards tab for all users. For templates downloaded from Axiom Clinical Analytics Library, the Template will still be available there to download again.
